MPS 4 station

This is a 4-station model for learning industrial automation system. It consists of a Sorting Conveyor Moving the parts by lifting it and assemble onto an aluminum profile base, can be separated into 4 successive work stations. Each station can be separated from each other and operates independently. It is designed for the learning of electro-pneumatic systems and controlled skills programming. Application with PLC control and electric motor system using 24 VDC power supply.

• A set of workstation monitoring stations. Work with a propulsion system using a gear motor (Worm gear) with a pneumatic cylinder.

Positioning 2 Axis 

• A vertical and horizontal two-axis conveyor system.

Lifting Platform 

• A set of high-altitude transfer stations.
